Paint application process
Step 1:Sand the surface by using emery paper no- 180 or 220 to remove old paint and oil/grease/wax. Then wipe using cloth to clean the loose dirt particles.
Step 2:For treating fungal growth surfaces use a coat of Berger bio-wash. Apply putty to cover fine cracks on the surface and allow it to dry.
Step 3:Then sand the surface and wipe it clean. Thereafter apply a coat of primer and allow it to dry for 6-8 hours.
Step 4:Apply a coat of putty to fill all the dents and allow it to dry overnight.Then sand the surface with emery paper no- 100 and wipe it clean with cloth.
