Well,well Well! Being abroad for 16 years , maintenance of my flats at Mumbai , were carried out by local highly rated contractors. However, I realised the difference of jobs when I was on a holiday break in Bangalore. Thus, COLOUR HOME SOLUTION was finalised among the vendors. After 2 days of work, I had to stall the work after primer coat in 1 of the rooms. This happened, aside from a very critical about quality with respect to cost and with competitors. I called up the Management. Immediately, the issue was transferred to the Manager, Mr. Sachin , who went onto the details of the job done and my expectations. He in turn called up the local supervisor, Mr Rizwan, and instructed him to conduct the job according to higher specification that the one accepted quote, and to my satisfaction. This was conducted with all sincerity and feedback was taken practically every now and then However, the last two days jobs conducted during Wall painting of Balcony , Dry Areas and Door painting was conducted in a hurry.
